The Kids Method is designed to support the wellbeing of children from a young age and create healthy and positive habits for them. A personalized schedule is shared that introduces a set of practices based on Alma’s key pillars - movement, nourishment, habits, activities, and consciousness.

The daily schedule includes a variety of practices ranging from cooking, unstructured playtime, yoga, winding down time, meditation, and expanding our knowledge in the gut, the different systems of the body as well as all emotional balance through the scientific research provided by Alma.

Why do habits matter?

We, humans love to form habits, most of our behaviour is habitual. Habits integrate into our subconscious and become part of our personality and perception of truth. It takes a repetitive action to imprint into our subconscious. Simple acts of habits, such as how we wake up in the morning, to what we eat, what we study, how we talk, what we listen to, and how we move are all important components of how we feel, think and act – thus creating our behaviours.

How can Alma help to build healthy and positive habits?

Education plays a vital role in creating healthy habits that last a life time. What kids learn in the early years of their development impact what they do in the long run and their state of wellbeing.

Given the diverse physical and mental health problems that people experience today, Alma Kids was founded as a response to disease prevention and an on-going support tool for healthy and balanced life.

With our educational tools and platform, we want to support kids to create sustainable habits for themselves and explore

themselves freely through the modules that we share, which help them develop their freedom of expression, creativity, consciousness and self-knowledge.
