The food we source for our children and ourselves has an impact both physically and energetically.
On a physical level, fresh fruits and vegetables that are in season carry enzymes, minerals and nutrients, essential for our vitality. With each season, the body shifts and has a new rhythm from the digestive system, to the emotional and mental state. For example, Spring is the time of bloom. Make room for all things green from asparagus to courgettes, enjoy the late citrus harvest. Soon we will welcome apricots, peaches and other stone fruits.
