The conductor of our human symphony is the microbiome. You may know it as the gut!
Everything we consume either feeds its vitality or causes imbalance to it.
- It's alive!
- It hosts a variety of good bacterias and cells
- Digestion, inflammation and immunity, emotions and mood all starts and lives within the microbiome. (All are needed to keep control of to keep us and our families well and healthy)
- The microbiome has an army of millions of soldiers (good bacteria) that keeps us strong! When eating processed foods and high acid foods they are reduced drastically over time by poor diet
- When good bacteria in the gut is damaged it has an impact on both digestion and immunity
How to keep a healthy microbiome?
By eating highly alkaline, unprocessed, uncooked, raw plant-based which are rich in enzymes to feed a healthy microbiome. Anything processed, acid, animal-based/ cooked will be harmful to the microbiome and will reduce the population of good bacteria.
