Parasites are externally acquired microorganisms or worms, that find a home in the digestive tract in the gut when the environment acidic and full of waste matter that the parasites feed on. The condition commonly known as parasitosis is the cause of many imbalances and diseases. First and foremost issues related to digestion, but also which is a result of emotions, mood swings and all other kinds of health issues as a result of the parasites harming the microbiome. Once the parasites are settled there are two outcomes:
1. Rebalancing state of the gut flora with a high alkaline diet (fruits and leafy greens) withdrawing from all animal-based products or processed foods.
2. Reestablish proper elimination through the intestine, by having a choice of raw fruits + leafy greens rich in fibre, water-dense and eaten whole (sometimes the use of specific herbs can help the elimination process to get rid of the parasites
